    Start with the same files.

    Each agent gets its own view of the workspace. Both can read the same files and use their usual tools.

  2. ROOM TO WORK

    Let both agents make progress.

    Both agents edit report.md. Their drafts stay private, so neither overwrites the shared file.

  3. A CHECK BEFORE SHARING

    Accept a change.
    Catch a conflict.

    Agent A commits its update. Agent B's draft is kept for review because the shared file has changed.

  4. WORK THAT STAYS

    Discard a run.
    Keep the progress.

    Discarding B leaves A's accepted work intact. The workspace keeps the result and a record of both decisions.
